The PRS Wood Library McCarty 594 Tremolo Charcoal 10 Top combines the timeless character of the McCarty 594 with the expressive feel of PRS's Gen III Tremolo, creating an instrument that is both vintage-inspired and remarkably versatile.
This is a particularly significant model: the McCarty 594 Tremolo is being offered outside of the Private Stock for the first time, as a Signature Dealer Exclusive.
The foundation is a hand-selected Flame Maple 10 Top over a mahogany body. The highly figured maple gives the instrument a striking appearance while complementing the rich, resonant character of the mahogany body.
The one-piece Pattern Vintage mahogany neck provides the familiar, substantial feel associated with the McCarty platform, while the Bound East Indian Rosewood fingerboard adds an elegant premium touch.
The fingerboard is finished with exclusive Outline Old School Birds, featuring Sparkle Mother of Pearl outlines with Pink Heart Centers.
Finished in Charcoal, the instrument's dark finish allows the figuring of the 10 Top to remain the visual centrepiece.

The familiar McCarty 594 control layout features:

The Push/Pull controls expand the tonal palette with additional single-coil-inspired sounds, giving this McCarty considerably more versatility than its classic appearance might suggest.
