At the heart of the guitar is ESP’s innovative set-thru neck construction 🔩. The neck is glued into the body like a traditional set neck, but the heel is sculpted away for smooth access to the highest frets 🎸. This design combines the warm, full tonal character of a set neck 🎵 with the effortless upper-fret access usually associated with neck-thru guitars.

The mahogany body 🌳 with a beautifully carved quilted maple top not only looks stunning but also contributes to a rich, sustaining tone with excellent clarity. A 25.5" scale length ⚖️ provides a tight response and strong attack, making it ideal for aggressive rhythm work and lower tunings.

The slim Thin U maple neck 🔥 is built for speed and comfort, perfect for fast riffs and fluid solos. With 24 extra-jumbo frets 🚀 and a rosewood fingerboard, the MH-1000 offers a wide expressive range and smooth playability across the entire neck.

For electronics, the guitar is loaded with the classic active combination of EMG 81 (bridge) ⚡ and EMG 85 (neck) humbuckers. A Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo system 🤘 with a locking nut ensures exceptional tuning stability, even under extreme whammy bar use. Grover tuners 🔧 and black nickel hardware reinforce the guitar’s reliability and premium feel.
