The LTD JL-600 is the official signature model designed for Jeff Ling, lead guitarist of Australian metalcore powerhouse Parkway Drive. Taking the high-speed DNA of the ESP M Series, this signature instrument elevates performance, ergonomics, and sustain to absolute mastery.
Constructed with a full Neck-Thru design at a 25.5" scale length, the JL-600 combines a resonant alder body with a 3-piece maple neck. The back of the Extra Thin U neck features a slick satin finish, enabling high-speed lead playability across all registers. Its macassar ebony fingerboard boasts a 350mm radius, 24 Extra Jumbo frets, glow-in-the-dark side markers, and a custom "PWD" inlay at the 12th fret.
To deliver everything from punishing rhythm tracks to screaming solos, the guitar is equipped with a set of active EMG Metalworks pickups with premium brushed caps: the legendary EMG 81 in the bridge position paired with the versatile, warm EMG 60 in the neck.
Hardware stability is top-tier, utilizing a locking TonePros TOM bridge with a string-thru-body configuration, precision LTD locking tuners, and blacked-out hardware. The LTD JL-600 comes complete with a custom ESP/LTD hardshell case.
