PRS SE NF3 Metallic Orange Maple

Orange Tonal Powerhouse: The PRS SE NF3 Maple Metallic Orange Electric Guitar!

Renowned American guitar manufacturer PRS Guitars expands its SE Series lineup with the distinct PRS SE NF3 Maple finished in a striking Metallic Orange. This instrument marks an exciting first for the SE line, delivering a trio of PRS Narrowfield pickups anchored into a solid poplar body with a bolt-on maple neck.

Innovated Narrowfield DD "S" Pickups At the heart of the instrument lies a trio of Narrowfield DD "S" (Deep Dish) pickups made to PRS’s exacting specifications. Built with taller bobbins to house additional wire windings and extra metal components between the magnets, these pickups output a focused, aggressive, and thick sonic profile. They bridge the gap between single-coil articulation and humbucker punch, supplying musical high-end clarity without sacrificing low-end richness.

Tonewoods, Neck & Playability The body is constructed from solid poplar (Poplar) featuring a sleek Flat Top carve. The 25" scale 22-fret maple neck (Maple) utilizes a bolt-on construction (Bolt-On) paired with a comfortable Wide Thin neck profile. The maple fretboard (Maple) features a 10" radius (10") adorned with signature PRS Birds Inlays.

"I have always loved the PRS NF3. There was a long period where I couldn’t put it down! PRS has now introduced the SE NF3 and I was fortunate enough to get my hands on one… it’s a wonderful guitar! The pickups are really great and have a unique voice… it's hard to believe PRS can make such a great guitar at this price point. I would highly recommend this guitar to anyone who wants a beefed up strat style guitar with a slightly slinkier feel," states virtuosic guitarist Jimmy Herring of Widespread Panic.

Hardware & Sonic Versatility Hardware appointments include the PRS Patented Tremolo, offering tuning stability, player comfort, and expressive pitch bending. On the headstock, PRS Designed Tuners with Wing Buttons offer precise tuning key ratio without dampening natural body resonance.

Whether tracking rock, blues, gospel, country, or jazz, the PRS SE NF3 punches, sings, and cuts through any live or studio environment.
