PRS SE Custom 24-08 Charcoal Cherry Burst

A chameleon guitar for any genre: 8 tonal modes in the new PRS SE Custom 24-08 Charcoal Cherry Burst!

The legendary Custom 24 model is a fundamental icon of the PRS Guitars brand, with which the company's history began in 1985. The PRS SE Custom 24-08 model retains all the classic DNA of the original, but takes the instrument's flexibility to a whole new level. The main difference of the 24-08 version is the presence of two mini-toggle switches for coil tapping, which independently switch each humbucker to single-coil mode, providing the guitarist with eight unique sound combinations at once.

Mahogany body, maple top and ergonomic neck The instrument's construction includes a mahogany body with a solid maple top and flame maple veneer. The top is made with smoothed curves using Shallow Violin technology, and the Charcoal Cherry Burst gradient finish highlights the deep texture of the wood.

The set neck provides unsurpassed sustain. The neck itself is made of multi-ply maple with a fast Wide Thin profile. The rosewood fretboard with a 10-inch (10") radius contains 24 frets and is decorated with the signature Birds Inlays.

TCI “S” pickups and 8 sound combinations The guitar's electronics are equipped with a pair of musical PRS TCI “S” (Tuned Capacitance and Inductance) pickups. They are designed for precise tone transmission: from transparent, glassy single-coils to juicy and dense humbuckers. Thanks to two toggle switches for coil tapping and a 3-way switch, the instrument easily turns into a universal "Swiss Army knife" for any style of music.

"For this price, you get the maximum: perfect build, comfortable action, and stunning finish... It is a practical instrument, fully ready for gigs right out of the box. When split into single-coils, the tone remains clean and sweet, without loss of volume and the need to boost the signal," note experts from UltimateGuitar.com, MusicRadar, and Performer Magazine.

Patented PRS hardware The guitar is equipped with a signature PRS Patented Tremolo bridge, providing precise intonation, comfort for the right hand, and tuning stability when using the tremolo arm. Lightweight PRS Designed Tuners with Wing Buttons do not dampen the neck's resonance and hold string tension.
