Designed with a clear mission in mind, the PRS Jon Jourdan Limited Edition discards every unnecessary component to maximize pure tonal response and playability. As Jon Jourdan explains:

“At the end of the day, my guitar is a tool. I want it to do exactly what I need it to, so we took out all the ‘extra’ stuff I don’t need. This guitar sounds huge and is incredibly fun to play. There’s something about taking out any unnecessary wiring and removing the neck pickup so its magnets aren’t pulling on the strings that makes it feel alive. I can’t imagine anyone playing this guitar having a bad time.”

Constructed with an all-mahogany body and neck, this guitar provides deep sustain and warmth. The omission of a neck pickup frees the strings from magnetic pull while beautifully accentuating the iconic PRS "violin" top carve.

Tour-Ready Practicality & Elite Hardware

To prevent accidental adjustments during intense live performances, the single volume control has been relocated to the traditional tone pot position—catering directly to players who run their volume wide open on stage.

The ebony fretboard features a clean, unadorned surface without top inlays, complemented by green Luminlay side dots that glow in the dark for effortless navigation on dimly lit stages. Outfitted with a PRS Adjustable Stoptail bridge, a proprietary nut, PRS Phase III locking tuners with ebony buttons, and a high-output PRS Metal pickup, this limited edition guitar is rock-solid and built to perform.
