We have received the Solar AB1.5BOP Black Open Pore Matte, a powerful 5-string bass guitar designed for modern metal players who demand precision, aggressive tone, and professional performance.

Part of the Solar Type AB1 series, this bass delivers a combination of premium tonewoods, EMG active electronics, extended scale length, and professional hardware, making it equally suitable for live performances, studio work, and demanding rehearsals.

The instrument features a striking Black Open Pore Matte finish, highlighting the natural wood grain and creating a sleek, stealth-inspired look.

● Swamp Ash body

The body is made from Swamp Ash, known for its strong resonance and balanced tonal response.

It provides:

• deep and tight low frequencies

• punchy midrange

• clear articulation

The body thickness is 45 mm, contributing to powerful sustain and resonance.

▲ 5-piece Maple/Jatoba neck

The neck is constructed from five pieces of Maple and Jatoba, ensuring excellent structural stability and tone transmission.

The neck features the comfortable Solar C profile and a Bolt-On construction, delivering strong attack and dynamic response.

A Dual Action truss rod allows precise adjustment.
