PRS have released the updated S2 Custom 24-08, and we already have it in stock. This model takes the beloved S2 Custom formula and elevates it with one of the most versatile switching systems PRS has ever put into the S2 line.
Built with the classic maple top, mahogany body and neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with signature bird inlays, the S2 Custom 24-08 delivers the iconic PRS feel with expanded tonal range.
The USA-made PRS TCI pickups provide everything from rich, full humbucking tones to articulate single-coil sounds reminiscent of vintage soapbars. The real magic is in the electronics: a 3-way toggle switch combined with two EQ mini-toggle switches. When engaged, these mini-toggles act as tuned high-pass filters, tightening the low end and enhancing clarity and musical top end.
With a comfortable Pattern Thin neck, PRS Patented Gen III Tremolo, and Phase III locking tuners with brass components, this guitar is engineered for stability, precision, and inspiring performance.
