American Professional II Telecaster® — A New Benchmark for Modern Players

The new American Professional II Telecaster® has just arrived, and it instantly stands out as one of the most refined and versatile Telecasters Fender has ever created. Blending decades of craftsmanship with carefully implemented updates, this model feels familiar yet distinctly more advanced.

The redesigned Deep “C” neck features rolled fingerboard edges, a smooth satin finish and a sculpted neck heel, making upper-fret access noticeably easier. The guitar plays faster, feels more natural and responds with impressive precision.

Its new V-Mod II Telecaster® pickups deliver enhanced clarity and nuance while preserving the unmistakable Tele twang, bite and attitude. The reworked top-load/string-through bridge with compensated brass “bullet” saddles offers more flexibility in setup and dialing in your perfect feel and tone.

And of course, the Telecaster comes housed in a Deluxe Molded Case, ideal for travel and stage work.
