Jackson X Series Soloist™ SL3XM DX — Modern Performance with Classic Jackson DNA

The Jackson® name has long been synonymous with cutting-edge guitar technology, and the X Series Soloist™ SL3XM DX proudly carries that legacy forward. This instrument blends aggressive classic styling with modern construction, delivering outstanding playability, tone, and reliability.

The contoured poplar body paired with Jackson’s neck-through-body construction provides exceptional sustain and effortless access to all 24 frets. The maple neck is reinforced with graphite rods, ensuring rock-solid stability against temperature and humidity changes while maintaining a fast, comfortable feel.

Its bound maple fingerboard features a 12"–16" compound radius, designed for smooth chording near the nut and lightning-fast, choke-free lead work higher up the neck. Jumbo frets enhance speed, accuracy, and control for demanding modern playing styles.

Tone comes from a powerful trio of Duncan Designed™ pickups. The HB-103B humbucker in the bridge delivers tight, aggressive output ideal for high-gain applications, while the HR-101 Hot Rails™ pickups in the neck and middle positions add clarity, punch, and dynamic response. A five-way blade switch unlocks a wide range of versatile tones.

The recessed Floyd Rose® Special double-locking tremolo ensures smooth operation and precise tuning stability, even after extreme dive bombs and harmonic squeals.

Finished in Satin Black, the SL3XM DX features classic Jackson appointments including black hardware, sharkfin inlays, zebra pickup covers, and the iconic pointed Jackson 6-in-line headstock.
