Jackson JS Series Spectra Bass JS3V — Five-String Power and Total Tonal Control

The Jackson JS Series Spectra Bass JS3V is now available, delivering massive low-end, modern versatility, and rock-solid playability in a powerful 5-string design. This bass is built for players who need flexibility, comfort, and commanding tone across multiple genres.

The poplar body features an offset shape with a larger upper horn, evenly distributing weight and significantly reducing neck dive for long, comfortable playing sessions. A bolt-on maple neck with a scarf joint offers excellent stability, while the speed neck profile and 12"–16" compound radius laurel fingerboard provide fast, effortless playability across all 24 frets.

Dual passive Jackson Medium-Output humbucking pickups deliver a thick, aggressive low-end growl with clarity and punch. Whether you play funk, hard rock, gospel, or modern metal, the JS3V responds with authority. A solid Jackson HiMass™ bridge enhances sustain, tuning stability, and overall tonal depth.

Tone shaping is exceptionally flexible thanks to the active 3-band EQ, pickup blend control, master volume, and a two-way coil-split toggle switch. The push/pull volume control allows instant switching between active and passive operation, ensuring uninterrupted performance even if the battery runs out.

The extended 35" scale length improves low-string definition and tuning stability. Finished in Silverburst with black nickel hardware and a distinctive Jackson 3x2 headstock, the Spectra Bass JS3V delivers a bold, modern look to match its powerful sound.
