Jackson JS Series Concert™ Bass JS3VQ — Five-String Power with Striking Visual Style

The Jackson JS Series Concert™ Bass JS3VQ is now available, delivering thunderous low end, modern active electronics, and unmistakable Jackson attitude. This five-string bass is designed for players who demand massive tone, extended range, and bold stage presence at an affordable price.

A lightweight poplar body is paired with an elegant quilted maple art-grain top, giving the bass a premium look and strong resonance. The extended 35" scale length ensures tight response and clarity on the low B string, even in aggressive playing styles.

The bolt-on maple neck, reinforced with graphite rods and a scarf joint, offers excellent stability and durability. An amaranth fingerboard with Jackson’s innovative 12"–16" compound radius provides comfortable playability near the nut and fast, precise articulation closer to the heel. 24 jumbo frets and classic pearloid sharkfin inlays complete the iconic Jackson feel.

Dual Jackson high-output humbucking bass pickups deliver a powerful, punchy low-end growl. An onboard active 3-band EQ (bass, middle, treble), combined with independent volume controls for each pickup, allows detailed tone shaping for live and studio applications.

A solid Jackson HiMass™ bridge enhances sustain and tuning stability, while the bold Transparent Red Burst finish with black hardware gives the JS3VQ a modern, stage-ready appearance.
