We’ve just added a true performer’s instrument to our collection — the Fender American Professional Classic Jazz Bass® in Faded Dakota Red. This model blends the unmistakable character of early ’60s Jazz Basses with modern precision, feel and reliability.

At the heart of the instrument are the Coastline™ ’62 Jazz Bass® pickups, engineered to capture vintage clarity, punch and responsiveness. Paired with a smooth Modern “C” neck, Medium Jumbo frets and a 9.5" fingerboard radius, the bass feels fast, stable and instantly familiar.

Vintage-style hardware, the iconic “lollipop” tuners, and the Greasebucket™ Tone System complete the setup — rolling off treble without adding muddiness, perfect for players who demand tonal control in live and studio environments.
