This is an amazing F-Bass BN5, finished in a stunning Transparent White with visible black grain, complemented by a gloss finish and striking Bloodwood binding.
The BN5 combines the precision and playability F-Bass is known for with a carefully selected combination of woods and professional-grade electronics. The ash body delivers a lively, articulate response, while the quarter-sawn three-piece maple neck and maple fingerboard provide exceptional clarity, attack and definition across the entire range.
This particular instrument features several beautiful upgrades, including Bloodwood body binding, Bloodwood headstock binding and Bloodwood control knobs, giving it a distinctive and highly refined appearance.
The electronics are equally impressive. Two F-Bass stacked single-coil pickups offer clear, articulate tones with the option of switching between traditional single-coil operation and hum-cancelling mode. The active F-Bass 9V preamp provides dedicated Bass, Mid and Treble boost controls, while the versatile control layout allows the bass to be used in both active and passive modes.
With its 34.5" scale, 19 mm bridge spacing and 45 mm nut width, the BN5 offers a comfortable, professional feel while retaining the punch, dynamics and articulation expected from a high-end boutique five-string bass.
