Built at the ESP USA Custom Shop in North Hollywood, California, the ESP USA Eclipse Jawbreaker SD represents the pinnacle of American craftsmanship and tone excellence. This guitar merges timeless single-cut design with the sonic firepower and flawless playability that ESP is known for worldwide.
Featuring a mahogany body with a sleek Jawbreaker solid color finish and a smooth set-thru mahogany neck, the Eclipse USA provides rich sustain and incredible resonance. The ebony fingerboard with 22 JESCAR XJ stainless steel frets ensures maximum durability and a glassy, effortless feel across the entire neck — perfect for both blistering solos and expressive bends.
At its core are Seymour Duncan Custom 14 Nickel pickups, delivering a powerful yet articulate tone — from searing lead tones to tight, punchy rhythms. The control layout (Volume/Volume/Tone/3-Way Toggle) gives players intuitive tonal control, while the TonePros locking TOM bridge and Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners ensure rock-solid stability and perfect intonation, even under extreme performance conditions.
Premium details like Dunlop Straplok buttons, a bone nut, and elegant chrome hardware with gold knobs complete this luxurious, stage-ready instrument.
Each ESP USA Eclipse is individually handcrafted by ESP’s master luthiers, making every piece a unique expression of performance art. The guitar ships in a fitted ESP USA hard case and is strung with D’Addario NYXL Regular Light (.010–.046) strings.
