I have been collecting my collection of guitars for over 10 years, selecting the best at my own discretion. There are more than 20 guitars in the collection: vintage, rare, limited, very unique sounding, guitars of famous guitarists... No one could have thought that there would be a war in Ukraine, and music, my concerts, recordings, planned albums were postponed indefinitely, everything became secondary compared to the lives of family and friends. I have been thinking for more than a month and have decided to sell part of my collection of guitars... the prices will be above average, because every guitar in my collection is the BEST I've owned in 10 years.
I present to you the first guitar - this is one of the last guitars bought in the collection. It is NEW, in its original packaging with all documents, etc. I tested guitar but never used it in shows or studio, it has fat glassy sound I've ever had and one of the most comfortable neck. I kept it for myself for the following reasons: 1. VERY good wood with a huge resonance of the body and neck 2. unusual sound for tele - low, thick but with "glass" 3. very cool made black relic custom shop (I have a fetish for black relic teles). I would call the period when I bought it - the period of passion for telecasters and the search for a suitable guitar for the tracks "World I Live In" and "Neverending Sense" in my album released on September. Then I shoveled about two dozen teles, until I chose which one I would still leave on the tracks ... I really hope that this guitar will fall into good hands, because it's not just another guitar for sale.... it's a personal guitar...
How incredible this model which has already been produced in very small series in 2018. This edition presented at the 2020 summer NAMM. Named Limited Roasted Pine Double Esquire, it takes almost all the specifications of the first guitars manufactured by Fender in 1950, the Esquire, but adding a neck pickup. But that’s not all, of course, because this instrument has many other great features.
This Custom Shop Limited Edition Roasted Pine Double Esquire is a killer, light, very very light, resonant, super comfortable and ergonomic despite its basic Telecaster cutout. This is an Esquire to which a neck pickup has been added, but that’s obviously not all. The body is Roasted Pine, super light and resonant, crazy. A Relic nitro finish both on the neck and on the body, a hell of a look that will obviously not be confused with another production from the Custom Shop. The neck has a compound radius of 7.25 ” to 9 ” and is rift-sawn maple, with a profile in 1950 Blackguard, one of the best. A Hand-Wound 50-51 Blackguard single-coil bridge pickup and a Hand-Wound ’50 -’51 Blackguard in the neck, the 51 modded Nocaster wiring, the beauty is ready to roar, really, because it shouts all that. The modified ’51 Nocaster circuit is unique: instead of the tone knob, there is a Blender, and for the Rythm circuit position, a capacitor has been added to soften the tone. A wonder.
Comes with its Custom Shop tweed center pocket trunk, certificate and goodies. This guitar is a bomb.
