The Warwick Teambuilt Pro Series Corvette Bubinga features a solid body crafted from high-density African Bubinga, a tonewood famed for its tight low-end responsiveness, rich harmonics, and massive sustain. To capture this natural punch, the bass comes equipped with active MEC J/J pickups paired with an onboard 2-band active MEC preamp.
Built in Germany at the same state-of-the-art facility as the flagship Warwick Custom Shop Masterbuilt instruments, the Teambuilt Pro Series combines master-luthier oversight with accessible pricing.
High-Precision Engineering Innovations
Just-A-Nut III Adjustable Nut
Featuring Warwick’s patented Just-A-Nut III Tedur, string height at the first fret can be adjusted quickly with extreme precision (down to 1/100 mm), eliminating traditional nut filing.
Neck Reinforcement System
To eliminate fret buzz and neck deformation between the 12th and 24th frets caused by high string tension, Warwick engineers embedded specialized steel reinforcement rods at the 12th fret area. This ensures structural stability without compromising natural tone.
Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT)
With IFT, fret slots are cut 2 mm short of the fretboard edge. Combined with Warwick's signature U-profile neck, this prevents fret ends from sprouting during humidity changes and optimizes energy transfer through the neck.
2-Piece 3D Bridge
The iconic Warwick 2-Piece 3D Bridge provides complete control over setup adjustments: intonation, string height, string spacing, and overall bridge tilt angles are all independently configurable.
