Maximum Performance for Low-Level Signals
With 26 dB of clean analog gain applied before your audio interface or mixer, the Warm Lifter prevents excessive reliance on digital gain beyond 40 dB, reducing noise, distortion, and loss of tonal body.
It provides additional headroom to preserve the rich low-mid detail and presence that ribbon and dynamic microphones are known for, even when using long cable runs.
Accurate Signal Transfer and Tone Shaping
The Warm Lifter features a high-impedance 2.4k Ohm JFET input, ensuring proper impedance matching and preventing common issues such as signal loss, frequency response shifts, and phase inconsistencies.
Additional onboard filters allow for tone shaping directly at the source:
100 Hz high-pass filter removes unwanted low frequencies and proximity effect
3 kHz high-shelf boost enhances clarity and presence in darker microphones
