The Spector NC-4 Frank Bello is a bold and aggressive signature bass developed in collaboration with Frank Bello of Anthrax. It blends classic bolt-on construction with modern Spector design, resulting in a powerful and highly playable instrument.
The NC-4 introduces a completely new body shape inspired by both Spector’s heritage and iconic American bolt-on basses. Its refined contours, radiused top, and sculpted neck heel provide exceptional comfort and fast playability.
Built with an Alder body and a 1-piece Maple neck with Maple fretboard, this bass delivers a perfect balance of warmth, brightness, and clarity — ideal for cutting through dense mixes.
The neck profile is slim yet comfortable, modeled after Frank’s favorite vintage instruments, offering a “just right” feel for any playing style.
Equipped with EMG Frank Bello Signature P/J pickups, the NC-4 delivers thunderous lows, aggressive mids, and articulate highs. The straightforward control layout (two volumes + master tone) allows for quick and intuitive tone shaping.
Visually, the bass stands out with its unique Tina Rose metallic purple finish, created in tribute to Frank’s family, complete with a matching headstock and bold purple block inlays.
