PRS CE 24 Vintage Natural

Organic Resonance & Addictive Bolt-On Snap: The PRS CE 24 Vintage Natural Electric Guitar!

Originally introduced in 1988, the PRS CE 24 combines traditional PRS Guitars craftsmanship with the bright snap and response of a classic bolt-on neck design. Presented in a timeless Vintage Natural finish, this US-made model pairs an all-nitro finish with highly articulate electronics and effortless playability.

Mahogany & Maple Construction, Satin Nitro Neck & Violin Carve The core tonewood foundation couples a solid mahogany back (Mahogany) with a maple top (Maple) sculpted into a traditional Violin carve. The body is coated in a high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer (High-Gloss Nitro), allowing the natural figure of the maple to shine through.

The bolt-on maple neck (Bolt-On) features a smooth satin nitrocellulose finish (Satin Nitro) for an addictive, non-sticky playing feel. Shaped to the popular Pattern Thin profile, it holds a 10" radius rosewood fretboard (Rosewood) with 24 frets decorated with iconic PRS Birds Inlays.

"Sonically, the CE 24 hits all the marks... There’s a character here that leans towards a percussive edge that attracted so many to the original CEs. A formidable piece of American guitar-making," praise reviewer teams at Vintage Guitar, Guitarist, and Guitar Player.

USA-Wound PRS 85/15 Pickups & 6 Sonic Voicings Electronic components feature a pair of Maryland, USA-wound PRS 85/15 treble and bass humbuckers. Designed with extended high and low frequency response, these pickups retain absolute clarity across all gain stages.

Managed by a master volume and a push/pull tone pot (Push/Pull Tone Control) with a 3-way toggle switch, the setup delivers six distinct tonal options, shifting seamlessly between punchy humbocker output and expressive single-coil sparkle.

Phase III Open-Back Locking Tuners & Patented Tremolo Hardware highlights include open-backed PRS Phase III Locking Tuners with Wing Buttons using unplated brass shafts for optimal gear precision and note transfer. Pitch manipulation and tuning stability are secured by the trusted PRS Patented Tremolo.
