How to redeem your free Neural DSP plugin

1. Purchase a Nano Cortex from an authorized dealer

Your order must be placed between Nov 21 and Dec 3, 2025.
You can confirm dealer status via Neural DSP’s store locator.

2. Activate your unit

Once your Nano Cortex arrives:
— download the Cortex Cloud app,
— pair the device and log in.
If you don’t have a Neural DSP account, one will be created during setup.

3. Log in to your Neural DSP account

Go to neuraldsp.com/my-account.
In the sidebar, find the Black Friday Plugin Giveaway section and select your device from the serial-number list (your unit will appear only after pairing with the Cortex Cloud app).

4. Upload your proof of purchase

Accepted formats: .jpg / .png / .pdf.
This confirms that your purchase was made within the Black Friday promotion window.

5. Wait for verification

Neural DSP’s support team will review your submission, which may take up to 21 days.

6. Redeem your plugin

Once validated, you’ll receive a notification. Log in to your account to claim any Neural DSP plugin you want.

Submission Deadline

The form for uploading receipts remains open until January 3, 2026.
If proof of purchase is not submitted by this date, the free plugin cannot be granted.

Important: Plugin Requirements & iLok

— Neural DSP plugins require a free iLok account and the iLok License Manager application.
— If you don't have an iLok account, Neural DSP provides setup instructions.
— After installing iLok, connect it to your Neural DSP account by entering your iLok User ID.

Nano Cortex & Plugin Compatibility

Neural DSP plugins do not run directly on Nano Cortex.
